In light of the global pandemic COVID-19, we have completely reviewed our reservation and cancellation policy. We are offering a total refund for all bookings booked after 1st June 2020 that have to be cancelled due to either the Moroccan or your own government advising against travel due to COVID-19, or you or a dependent relative having to alert your home authorities that you have contracted the virus. We will still require card details to hold the booking, but no money will be taken against it until one month prior to arrival and the booking will be fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to arrival if you are not able to travel for COVID-19 related issues. In the unfortunate event of our having to cancel your booking for similar reasons, Le Farnatchi will offer you a choice of either a full refund or a voucher for use when the virus is behind us.

At certain times we may run discounted rates. Please note that discounted rates will not include all of the extras above.
For stays including 31st December there is a 2,000DH supplement per room to be paid locally, this includes a 5 course New Years Eve dinner with entertainment for up to 2 people. If there are more than 2 people sharing a room an additional 1,000DH per person will be added.
Please note that we require a one night non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking to confirm the reservation and cancellations may be made free of further charge up to 3 weeks prior to arrival. For cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival but not more than 1 week, 50% of the total value of the booking is payable. For cancellations made less than 1 week prior to arrival, 100% of the total value of the booking is payable.
